In February of 2001, there will be an international artistic skating workshop in Trieste, Italy, and skaters and coaches from all over the world are invited to attend. This workshop will take place at the Palajolly Roller Palace, February 8-11, 2001.

Some of the best artistic roller skating coaches and champions in the world are on the workshop staff, along with specialists in choreography, gymnastics, and physical fitness. The goal is to give the athletes and coaches attending the workshop exposure to a broad range of information, exercises, and guidance, covering the many different disciplines artistic roller skaters must be familiar with.

A note to skaters outside of Italy: International skaters will be very warmly welcomed at this workshop, and the cost of traveling to Italy is low in February (airfares to Europe are at their lowest in February). You do not need to speak Italian to enjoy this fun and informative workshop, and you do not even need to be a great skater. All levels of skaters are welcome, and every year people come from all over the world. There have been skaters from Argentina, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Germany, Slovenia, Spain, Uruguay, the USA, and of course more than a few from Italy! Registration: The cost of this workshop is $100 USD for skaters and $75 USD for coaches. To convert these rates to other currencies, see Converters for International Skaters. It is possible to attend half the workshop and pay a reduced price. If you are interested in the half workshop, contact natman@tin.it to get a price quote for this option. Registration information must be received in Italy by Wednesday, January 31st, and payment must be received by 8:00 p.m. (20:00:00) on Thursday, February 8th. Non Italian attendees can pay by doing a wire transfer from their bank account to the workshop's bank account, or by making other arrangements with the organizers.
